Price: $25 advance or $30 at the door.

This two hour workshop gives the basics of Yoga Dance and offers a way to incorporate movement into your spiritual practice. There is a bold, wise, estatic mover and shaker inside of you - find it now! The one hour yoga dance class is followed by an awesome 45 minute bodyBUZZ Savasana with originial sound healing given by Antonio Soriano on guitar.

If interest exists, a Yoga Dance class series will be offered on Saturdays following the workshop.
