A strong background in training, sales, and sales management, Kim has been a Training Performance Consultant with an international corporate training company  since 1995. She has worked with a wide variety of Fortune 500 companies in a multitude of industries and at all levels within an organization. Kim is a certified trainer with The Debbie Ford organization and is interested in facilitiating the Shadow Process with as many as possible to help people realize greater peace in ther lives and make the world a better place.
